A Principle City is the primary monumented city in a province known as a County. It is either a County Seat or the Republic's Capital City. Each Principle City may host its own Pregadi, Priori and Signoria if the Count chooses to host them. Each of these assemblies may be overridden by the national assemblies in the Republic's Capital City, but may pass local resolutions.
