County
From Silver Sun Republic Codex
A County is headed by a Count and is formed out of a Fiefdom or Baronetcy when it is granted subordinate Fiefdoms or Baronetcies. The village of the upgraded Fiefdom or Baronetcy becomes a County Seat and forms a new layer of government to oversee the additional citizens added to the realm. A County may host up to three subordinate Fiefdoms or Baronetcies.
