Squadron Commander (Normally Lt, sometimes Sergeant)
Absence of Lt means 1st Sergeant, then down the Line
Geometry of Formation translates to chain of command
                               Patrol Leadership
Each Line can be its own unit under each Line Sergeant
“Loose” “Formations” for more dynamic combat
Maintains hierarchy of chain of command to Squadron Leadership
                               Team Leadership
Two person teams with no clear leadership, just a battle buddy
Maintains hierarchy of chain of command to Squadron Leadership
Proximity close to battle buddy, designate one to target, the other assists
               Control
                               Intel
Intel flows from within Squadron to Squadron Leadership to higher levels
Designated scouts send information directly to higher levels
Special designated Intel Controller used to gather information for Battle Staff
                               Flow of Control
Commands come down the chain, feedback flows up the chain
Leadership speaks with one level up, one level down; no skipping chain
Special units may skip chain if designated as such; spec ops, intel, etc.
Battle Staff convenes of highest level of leadership online; Company Commander takes charge of multiple Squadrons with Squadron Leadership in their respective Squadron channels as well as the Battle Staff channel; Intel controllers also in channel
