Patrol Leadership
Each Line can be its own unit under each Line Sergeant
“Loose” “Formations” for more dynamic combat
Maintains hierarchy of chain of command to Squadron Leadership
Team Leadership
Two person teams with no clear leadership, just a battle buddy
Maintains hierarchy of chain of command to Squadron Leadership
Proximity close to battle buddy, designate one to target, the other assists
Control
Intel
Intel flows from within Squadron to Squadron Leadership to higher levels
Designated scouts send information directly to higher levels
Special designated Intel Controller used to gather information for Battle Staff
Flow of Control
Commands come down the chain, feedback flows up the chain
Leadership speaks with one level up, one level down; no skipping chain
Special units may skip chain if designated as such; spec ops, intel, etc.
