The Republic's military forces are divided into two distinct categories. The Professional Military is the standing military that trains and drills regularly with their primary focus being that of combat and service in the [[Ministry of War]]. The other distinct force are those of the [[Militia Reserve]] who do not drill regularly and are the general citizenry who are not enlisted, warranted, or commissioned into the formal armed forces of the Republic.

Within the Republic's [[Ministry of War]] are the Divisions of the [[Army]], [[Navy]], and [[Artillery]]. [[Artillery]] has its own Division as siege engineers, siege weapons, artillery, and any long range fires assets.
