To all in faith in the Republic of the Silver Sun,

Greetings to you and your own. I hope this writing finds you in good health and spirits under the shining sun of our Radiant Lady. As a part of the Republic I have commissioned this Codex to inform and educate everyone from the newly arrived immigrant to the most seasoned veteran of our Republic Guard. Feel free to browse this collection of literature and works meant to help you better understand our structure, background, accomplishments and vision for a grand future in the Republic.

This Codex will continue to evolve and is open to editing by any who wish to participate in developing it through the Basilica of Soacio and the Universities.
